Dr. Prescott is a phenomenal pediatrician. We absolutely love the care that our children receive. She truly cares about her patients and their families. She partners with us and respects our preferences such as immunization timing. The nurses are wonderful and very knowledgeable. The on-call nurses have been very helpful to us. The clinic is clean and well-kept. The front desk staff are very courteous and professional. We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Prescott and the clinic as a whole.

She truly cares about our family as a whole and treats our child the same as she treats her own.Robin, with lactation, was the best one we saw out of all. She is so helpful and made a huge difference in our breastfeeding journey!Dr. Prescott has helped us navigate through the newborn stage to make well-informed decisions about our child's care with such grace and understanding.We cannot recommend her and BCC enough!

We have been going to BCC for just shy of 3 years and have had nothing but positive experience with all of the staff. Dr. Thomas has always taken extremely good care of our girls. She demonstrates great compassion and expertise in every interaction we've had. We have seen several other providers in the office for sick visits if Dr.Thomas is unavailable- all of the providers here always go above and beyond!
