After Hours

When our office is closed and you have an urgent medical matter, we utilize a pediatric telephone triage service. Call our office at 615-261-1210 and select option 1 for the after hours triage nurse.

After you describe your child's illness, the nurse will follow the protocol and do one of the following:

• Detail advice on how to take care of the illness at home.  
• Page our doctor on call to take discuss the illness.  
• Advise you to take your child to the Emergency Room for immediate treatment.

Please save routine questions for when the clinic is open.

We encourage you to refer to the vast pediatric medical information available on our website first, when practical, before calling the office.
